The last time I went to PPUM was 42 days ago and yet at that time still a lot to discover. An ACL patient need to undergo several procedures of physio treatment in order to walk like a gentlement again. I never regret doin the operation but what really matters was the waiting..and waiting..and waiting... for your turn to be call out. Reaching here at 1030 am is just nice and first thing first to register at the counter or else you won't get the treatment. After 20 minutes of waiting a lady by the named Puan Azah called me up. Browsing thru my previous record since this is my 1st time with here took another 15 mins and asking me to go to room 11.
Then I meet up with Miss Lee the person incharge of updating my record and progress. Few tools taken out from her 'Doc Bag' and the procedures started. Soon I discovered few part of my knee still numb..well its getting smaller anyway. Applying the warm towel giving me an amper time to read my NST for the next 15 mins. Once the bell ring I was asked to start with the gym exercise... and there it goes with another 30 mins in the gym. Eventually I met this guy who is experiencing the pre-check exercise before the ACL operation. Good luck bro...but I'm not that cruel to scare him with the operation. Left the gym at 1215 pm, went to see Puan Azah again.. here another physio appointment schedule..Tue 830 am.
Getting to the sport clinic was like 6 steps from Physio Dept. Still 5 mins to go before they opened the numbering machine..another waiting...Ahhhh. Approximately 1235 got number 8 and back to the seat again before the number called up by the display machine. Went to the counter and was given another number 1008...another waiting.... Well I don't wait actually coz I have to rush for X-tray. Here another number given 153...PPUM loves number... and I knew I have to wait again. My watch showed 1.00 pm and I'm not sure for how long do I have to wait.. guess what they called me at 2 pm ..1 hour gone WAITING!!!!!!!. Given a yellow slip I rush back to the clinic and waited for my beloved 1008 number. Hmmmmm.. that time was 2.25 pm and I Love to wait some more.... at 2.45 I was called up and here I met Dr.Ng . After few leg and knee check he asked me to do few exercise which not that hard . Out from the hospital at 3.15 pm after spending 4 hours and 15 mins..... just for the thought how would the procedures could be speed up in the future...
