Jalan-jalan cari makan

Hari ni saya mau cerita sedikit tentang persinggahan saya di sebuah gerai di Kuala Sulaman Sabah. Perjalanan pulang dari Poring (Hot Water Spring) 100 km dari Kota Kinabalu agak meletihkan sebab trafik agak sibuk waktu petang compared kalau nak compared masa pergi pagi tadi. Nasib baik uncle aku bagi kereta auto so takda masalah lah nak menukar-nukar gear.

Saya pun tidak pasti kalau saudara-saudari pernah merasa sejenis makanan laut yang dipanggil lokan. Rasanya seakan-akan kupang atau kupah kemudian dicicah pula dengan sos lada kampung atau cili sos biasa yang rasanya memang superb sehingga menjilat jari. Cara masakan very easy... everything will be grilled on fire. Harganya boleh tahan gak lar sekilo yang kecil RM7 dan yang besar RM10 tapi kalau nak best beli yang kecil jer sebab rasanya lebih enak . Kalau yang besar tu dia kenyal sikit tapi apa-apa pun memang sodap baaa.....

So kalau ada kesempatan singgah lar kedai ini yer bukan promosi tapi just to share. Anyway the other night we all pergi ke Kuala Sulaman sekali lagi, actually tak jauh sangat pun from K.K and this time we had our seafood such as Ketam, Udang, Ikan and Sotong. Nama kedai tu GAYANG bukan ganyang yer. Not bad, ada more than 50 tables kalau nak privacy boleh ambil private room and kalau nak best lagi private room with karaoke.... (dan mungkin bila nanti....hehehe sampai lar lagu tak kuar2). Anyway we all ambil yang biasa jer senang sikit for the children.
All together 8 adults and 4 children we all habis dalam RM 250 so boleh kata reasonable gak lar kalau nak compared dengan restoran seafood kat K.L or kat S.J. Udang dan ketam sangat fresh sampai terasa kemanisan isinya walaupun dimasak secara steam sahaja. Oklah kita tinggalkan cerita seafood and nak promote sedikit gerai DIMSUM di 1Borneo (pronounce as One Borneo). This food stall owned by my untie nyer future besan and now being my mom's frens (Pic bwh : my mom with owner(untie Sara). Located in the food court area at the 2nd floor.


Uols kena beli kupon dulu baru boleh buat pesanan. Harga boleh tahan..depends on what type of dimsum you want, price range from RM3.50 to RM 10.50. Must try the Pau coz very the nice maaa...and also the chicken herbs dimsum.. Above all, this is a muslim stall and definitely its halal. So sapa-sapa nak rasa dimsum halal di Kota Kinabalu silalah berkunjung di IBorneo ini yer.

BKI - KUL (17 July 2008)

With Adriana (The Birthday Girl). Departed at 1845 and touchdown at 2115. Flight smooth but ada few bumpy gak lar.. Sitting near to the window emergency exit and managed to get 2 rows just for us coz flight tak penuh. Unfortunately makanan semua habis by the time stewardess reach us. "Tinggal Mee Maggi jer Encik...." hmmm no thanks but Adriana and Amaleea wanted something to drink and bought Fresh Strawbery Milk And Ribena for them...How Much? RM12 hmmm I can get a carton anyway but what to do.... awal2 lagi dah being reminded " Any outside food not welcome" so understood jer lar ye. But my wife was smart coz awal2 lagi dah prepared something for the girls to eat. In case tak dapat makan so ada reason lar yek.

This is Amaleea...budak yang tak reti dok diam dalam flight. All the way we are trying to get her to sleep but tak nak gak and the best poison on earth was bagi Natural Milk (You know wat I mean) baru dok diam. Itupun tak lama....Kejap2 bangun... kejap2 duduk...So guys wait until you get your own and baru tahu camner yer.

Upon arrival we had some problems becoz of the stroller yang we all bawak tak keluar-keluar from the baggage area. So bengang la sekejap, check-check rupanya dia orang lupa nak bawak keluar. Almost like 15 mins gak lar tunggu ground staff even worst we are the last one keluar from the arrival hall. My brother dah tunggu kat luar with Tok pa and my niece Buyish. Well I'm very hungry since tak dapat nak isi apa-apa pun dalam perut ni masa flight so can't wait to have dinner and the best part its my mom cook..hehehe (Ibuku telah berada disini since 9 July)

Hello Frens...

Just got back from BKI and really had a break after sometimes. Schedule packed from day of arrival until balik. Got a lot of things to share but ada something yang really interest me so much. Yesterday before check out from The Meridien I got the chance to watch this talk show by Rachel Ray itupun becoz of my 2 daughters nicely sleeping in the smoothy and softy comforter. Its how to save some money from the hypermarket eg: Tesco, Giant, Care4 etc. They called it as impulse shopping where you don't need to buy what you should not by not pushing any shopping cart in the mall. Expert found that you'll not shop unnecessary if the cart is not in your hand. The bigger the cart the more you'll spend. Anyway what they said memang betul coz it happened to me every weekend coz whenever I walked into this place we always end-up buying stock...which actually I don't need it. So guys, maybe something to be start off...

What Do you Understand from it?

Yesterday was kind of rush back just to watch the debate between DSAI and DS. Its really interesting when the opposition leader was given a chance to be in the T.V (life) and above all sharing the thoughts and thinking with Malaysian. After a while we never across any kind of this before as far that I'm concern. DS cum Barisan Nasional was o.k as he did what he suppose to do and I do agree with him in some of the facts and figures that he mentioned.

Why petroleum? We have so much resources and yet that's the only thing that being highlighted. I remembered when we learned Geografi before Malaysia was known with palm oil and etc. Are we forgotten that Allah give us a good land and nature. why do we have to concentrate with one sources. As we know players from the global trader definitely taking this advantage from the increase of the oil price.

From my personal point of view, the debate is giving a political mileage to DSAI(PR) instead of BN. Just imagine, it was so hard to reach 1 million people in the protes recently yet from the debate he (DSAI) used this opportunity or platform to gain the trust and worthy and reached most of Malaysian people in 1 hour . We do whatever we need to do.. life have to go on.... Now I learned more how to be frugal (should check this blog) becoz above all its not the minister or DSAI that feed our family but it is us, me..and you!

My 2nd Wife

Last Week aku buat appointment with my mechanic because of the whising sound that coming out from the stering pump. Memang dah aware dengan bunyi ini and dah almost 3 weeks but aku jer yang tak sempat nak gi workshop. Survey at Honda Service Centre and they said that this thing cannot be fixed and it will cost me for RM1600 for the new pump. Tak termasuk the stering hose that will cost another RM800 so plus minus RM2500 just to get this thing fix. If lucky enough can get for RM700 at kedai potong. Aku pun try browsed around inside Mystream Forum which lead me to a mechanic that experienced in this kind of problems. "Geng Mystream semua datang kat kedai ni bang, semua pun sama jer problem dia.Kena tukar Oil Seal bang" So aku pun confident gak lar lepas justified by most of the members.
Dekat setengah hari gak lar tunggu Wan Pomen ni buat.. and lepas pasang balik Power Stering Pump ni and start enjin tiba-tiba benda lain lak yang jadi. Bunyi dah takda tapi minyak keluar tempat lain..Waduhhh..waduh... Stress gue! Check punya check minyak stering tadi sudah keluar dekat stering shaft, banyak lak tu. "alamak Bang, stering shaft nyer oil seal pun kena tukar gak lar bang sebab bila pressure dah kuat seal kat shaft tak boleh nak main". Aku ingat tu jer lar tiba-tiba " Bang, stering abang dah jam lar kena bukak balik lar mungkin ada problem kat mana-mana ni" Ahhh..tidak.... aku ingat dah habis masalah aku rupa-rupanya ku sangka hujan tapi panas sampai ke petang. Hmm jawabnya tak siap lar bini ku ini. So dengan paksa rela terpaksalah aku meninggalkan kekasihku ini untuk beberapa malam.

Semalam gi tengok kereta tapi tak sempat siaplagi..problem stering jam dah ok, problem bunyi dari stering pump dah ok cuma yang tak ok Oil Seal utk stering shaft jer so kena tunggu gak lar lagi. Since barang pun kena order aku pun merelakan jer lar. So far aku dah bayar RM220 untuk pump oil seal dan few hundreds expected for the shaft. Apa-apa pun jumlah nyer tak semahal (being frugal ) kalau compared ngan Honda Specialist nyer budget. Hopefully ok lar bini ku ini coz bila takda depan mata hati ni rasa macam tak puas jer..bini no 1 pun dah pelik naper aku nampak stress jer sampai syak something tapi aku relax jer. Nanti jawab madu masuk hospital tidoq luar lar jawabnyer. Well the morale of the story kalau beli kereta 2nd hand pastikan check betul2 yer... (yang pelik nyer masa beli takda lak nak jadi camni...)

My Target

Sure ramai yang pelik naper aku letak 7 posts ni..hmmm actually this my target for this month nyer posting nak mencapai at least 7 coz kalau tak jawabnyer basi lar blog ni asyik view benda yang sama. Actually aku baru terfikir beberapa benda lately ni regards to why do we blog? Adakah anda cuba mempromokan diri? Adakah ia sebagai terapi? Adakah sekadar suka-suka? Ataupun sebagai centre of informations. Above all it still up to the owner nak buat apa pun.
Aku sempat membrowsekan diri dalam beberapa blog kategori Adults (u know what I mean) and to my suprised this kind of blog dah lama exist maybe since 2000. And the best part u can browse into anythings... celebrities, pop star, sportman and woman and macam-macam lagi. Well aku tak lar teruja sangat dengan benda-benda ni tapi yang menakutkan aku adalah the free excess to the blog. Those takda anak okay lar but somehow you will get one. Back to the story, anak-anak kita yang konon-kononnya kita hendak exposekan kepada "IT SaVVy" terjebak dalam anasir-anasir yang tidak sihat ini. Dah lar kerja sekolah (talking about sekolah rendah ok)pun dah pandai browse internet cari bahan so apatah lagi sekolah menengah ni.
Well friends maybe I'm a bit conservative in terms of this subject but something need to be done before its to late. Renung-renungkan....
